Remote climate control failed today... (Burning up in GA)

I regularly use the remote climate control feature, before I leave work everyday. But today when I needed it most, it simply could not connect to the car. No matter what I tried.

Not sure if a server was down somewhere..? Even after I went shopping later this evening, same thing. App could not connect to the car.

Did anyone else have problems today?

Yes, I had several attempts during the day to connect with no luck.

In 9 minutes it went from 117 to 86 degrees shown. It felt much cooler inside than that.

Working perfectly in 90+ degrees in Tennessee today.

Starting it back when going in a store was great, too. Comfortable after 15 minutes inside.
