Regen vs friction brake data

Is there data available (eg Torque Pro) that shows the amount of friction braking vs regen braking?
I mean this as "how can I measure my car & roads & driving style?"
 
You're unlikely to see any friction braking in normal driving that would affect the efficient use of battery energy, even when using the brake pedal. The friction brakes only activate at below about a walking speed, too slow for the motor to develop any current. If your pedal force indicates a deceleration higher than the motor can provide, meaning an emergency stop, the brakes will kick-in noticeably.

When you use the left-paddle-hold which does work at those very low speeds, you're using a small amount of battery power to slow the car down to a stop and hold it there.

Here are graphs of gross, regen and net cumulative energies tallied over a hilly 300 km round trip. They are all plotted against SoC so the 'net' value is nearly linear with SoC as you'd expect. The slope of net v.s. SoC is 64 kWh per 100%, also as expected.

The value of having 'regen' is clear.
