Recommendations for snow chains?

I’m looking at GETYIYI tie wraps, pack of 20. Disposable, one size fits all and should be easy to install on rear drive wheels even in foul weather. If one breaks, it falls off instead of beating the wheel well to death.

Any thoughts?

If those are the zip tie things, I have a set I throw in the back for driving up to ski hills that require you to carry chains, even if you have true winter tires. Have never used them, but don't see why they wouldn't work in a pinch. Certainly easy enough to mount, to pretty well any wheel.

I just discovered snow socks, not sure if they're worthwhile. But I also live in a state where chains are prohibited, so socks might be a compromise.
