Got a recall letter for my Kona, in Montreal, Quebec for the high voltage battery fire.

Yes. My notice also says Transport Canada 2020-477.
The body of the letter says that the defect may exist in Hyundai Kona EVs produced between 4 May 2018 and 28 Feb 2020 in Korea.
Received the letter Friday, got a call from my dealership on Monday, work done on Tuesday. We'll hope for not much impact to range.
