Really, really late reply (years late, lol), but I've been looking into this and I'm pretty sure it's possible to replace the infotainment with a universal Android canbus reader headunit (Joying, Teyes, Dudu, etc), as long as you have a Clarity-compatible canbus decoder (which unfortunately does not exist, as far as I'm aware).
I've been eyeing the 11.5 inch, 12gb RAM, 256gb storage, 360 camera-compatible Dudu7 headunit. Because a 360 camera on the Clarity would be incredible and the hardware, software and English-support forum seems decent.
There's been a good amount of work already done on decoding the Clarity's dual-canbus messages (for comma ai openpilot forks), but I believe that's more focused on drive modes and wheel turn angle steering messages and such, not everything like door open warnings, maintenance lights, button press events, etc. Might be wrong though. DBC file will be useful anyways, even if incomplete.
I'd really love a 360 camera on the main screen of the Clarity, and the only other way I could even think of besides a full headunit swap would be to get my hands on the JDM Clarity HDMI input parts and splice in multiple camera feeds. One user on みんカラ (Minkara Carview forum) did do this for a front camera view (one camera, not 360)
Later this year, I am going to try to build my own Clarity canbus decoder. It would be sick to have a bigger screen, and a snappier UI (1gb RAM in 2018 was criminal lol). The Clarity dashboard/center console area is really well suited to a seamless-looking swap
