I'll go with ignored... we're used to it anyway.

I am the younger end of GenX (youngest in my family) but still solidly Genx, however I have a lot of friends who are in that "Geriatric Millenial" category. Read a similar article about that last week. Just laughed and joked with my friends about how at least the ones older than them will just be forgotten, and never be viewed as old... or anything

That screenshot is amazing. They just blatantly ignore anyone born between 1965 and 1980. I guess you really don't matter, at least not to CBSN.

Totally typical for us. For those who don't realize, GenX were the original latchkey kids. We're very used to being given a set of rules to follow when we are home alone, being totally ignored. That pic is like our battle flag... forgotten and truthfully We're better off that way. Our ambivalence is strong and our motto is.... well it's been forgotten too. I'm off to play my Nintendo or Atari instead ;)
