Problem With Mini App

I've been keeping a spreadsheet with data about my charging. I've recently encountered a problem with the Mini app not recording the kwh and the cost. It's inconstant - one of the four last charges showed complete data. The good folks at my dealer suggested I contact Mini through the app. The answer was to reload the app. Any clues about this?
 
@revorg, I am keeping a spreadsheet too. Over the past 10 weeks that I have had the car, I have missed data from two charges. Both times, I believe the app was interrupted during the charge. The details are a little hazy, but I think that one time I rebooted my phone in the middle of the charge. The other time, I think I might have updated the app in the middle of the charge. It is speculation on my part, but I wonder if the app needs ongoing communication with the car to gather the charge data. I now have a Grizzl-E Mini Connect smart charger and I have been getting the total kWh reading from there instead of from the MINI app. It seems more dependable and also reports kWh down to two decimal places.
 
Once I installed solar, I kind of gave up on tracking my charging statistics. All I really care about now is being able to charge my EVs during daylight hours to maximize self-consumption.

I too have that enable GPS message on the app, but only for the F56 (when selected). The U25 already kind of forces you to enable location if you want climatization.
