Problem Starting

So my beloved Clarity. All the warning lights have been on but it runs. I disconnected the 12v battery and reconnected it. Then a red blinking light on dash appears. Car won’t go into gear.


From what I read it’s a 12v battery issue but I’ve had it checked and they said it’s ok. Or it’s some issue identifying the remote.

Any ideas?

I just replaced the 12v battery and the same thing is happening
