Price WAY higher than what I read here

Compared to what I read on the C&D website, https://www.caranddriver.com/audi/q4-e-tron , the e-tron at the dealership closest to me, https://www.audiaugusta.com/new-inventory/index.htm?model=e-tron , is WAY higher than what C&D wrote.

What on earth rates a U.S. near $27K higher price tag?

I was thinking of adding the Q4 e-tron as a potential replacement for my Bolt. But, at that price, I think I'll pass.

That doesn't look like the same two cars. The e-tron comes in several flavors now. The car on the dealer web site doesn't appear to be the Q4 model.

Yeah if that's for the new Q4 that's serious gouging! I'd ask them why the price is over 20K higher than MSRP on the Audi website. I bet you'll get a serious tap dance. It doesn't appear to be a dealership I'd want to do business with.

Are you sure you are not looking at the Etron Quattro? The Q4 wont go on sale for some months.
