are there any charts out there that describe how much power/performance you lose as the battery drains?

Do you mean, like, how does the state of charge affect acceleration?



I don’t know if anyone has made a chart, but I can say for sure that Teslas are slower at a lower state of charge.

This is the case with the Bolt (and I think all EVs) as well. A fully charged Bolt 0-60 is about 6.2 seconds. A Bolt with less than 50% SOC can reach 60 in about 6.9 seconds.
