Well, the Clarity, Honda's largest model, is a lot closer to a Cadillac than, say, a Civic Type R. So on the Honda spectrum, the Clarity is the car you'd expect us geezers to buy.

However, when I saw a white Type R sitting on my dealer's showroom floor, unspoken for and selling for actual MSRP, I'll admit to having experienced a few youthful fantasies. Unsurprisingly, that Type R remained unsold for just a few hours--it went to a young lady (only 45 years old, I was told).

Move over, Hi Ho, I'm 78, and just had my first Medicare sponsored Wellness exam today, which comes complete with a short term memory test. I think I passed.
