I have a 2022 SE, base model.

Does my car have a front parking sensor? I don't think so, because I do not see any sensors in the front bumper. I have one in the back just above the rear license plate though.

There is a warning for the front, but for an imminent crash. There's an alarm and a red car icon on your instrument panel.

ah---I've seen that warning once or twice. Any idea where is the sensor for that?

My Iconic SE has front parking sensors, which look like most parking sensors.

Base model of the SE originally didn't come with front parking sensor. I don't think it became standard until the LCI update, wasn't that 2023 model?

I believe front parking sensors were only on the Iconic models. We have two Signature Plus models(22 & 23) and neither have front sensors. Our early 22 delivered in April 2021 was built without rear sensors because of the supply chain issues going on back then.

I have one in the back just above the rear license plate though.

The sensor above the license plate is the rear view camera. Several parking sensors are imbedded in the rear facias, Insightman's photo illustrates what they look like.

The front camera is in the base of the interior rear view mirror.
