Cheaper to just stay in a tent at an RV park. At least then you can bring your dogs.

Nobody wants an ICE car indoors because of the emissions, but EVs don't have that problem. It's like bringing a bicycle inside with you in some ways. Not sure if it'll catch on, but it is intriguing that someone is trying something new that's made possible because of EV technology.

Some hotels are cool about you plugging into outdoor sockets, especially if you're just topping off overnight. I found a few places to stay in khao yai that actually let me plug into a regular wall outlet outside the room, just made sure to ask ahead and had my portable charger with me. Worked fine for my needs.

I would add carry a short, heavy duty, contractor extension cord too.
