Parallel mode

I noticed a change in operation of the CHARGE mode. When temperature is dropping below 5C, the parallel mode is not engaging when activating the CHARGE mode. I even got cases when temperatures get colder the parallel mode did not engaged for more than 80km, 60 min, when activating the CHARGE mode.

Any comments?
