Owners of EV3 Air

Hello all
The husband and I have just received our Kia EV3 Air with the bigger battery back in April. We love it! Still have a lot to learn with all the technology but the drive is lovely.

How are you all finding the range in day to day driving? We are still figuring out what to expect but with the warmer weather now we getting close enough to the official range so we are over the moon! Saving lots of money compared to our petrol cars we have owned previously. We have only charged at home so far as we don't tend to do long trips but we are visiting our Granddaughter in Liverpool in September at university so we will see how we get on.

regards,
Jill and trev

It sounds like a wonderful EV, awesome you are enjoying it.
Unfortunately the Kia EV3 will not be available here in North America supposedly until late 2026 and since most posts here are U.S. and Canada based...it might be a while before a response. Maybe someone from Europe or other market will post but in the meanwhile....
try Speak EVs forum as that appears to be more active at present.
Please feel free to let us know from time to time what we are missing;)

I'm jealous that you have an EV3 while we in the US will likely have to wait at least a year. I look forward to hearing more about your experience with the car.

Based on the trim levels in the Car and Driver article on the EV3, the "Air" must correspond to the "Wind" for NA (but you can't have wind without air AFAIK).

Google says the versions sold on the other side of the Atlantic are Air, Earth, GT-Line and GT-Line S, with no entry-level version comparable to the "Light." A Redditor in New Zealand wrote "I’ve test driven an EV3 light and they are an amazing car to drive."

Those of us in places where the EV3 isn't yet available would love to hear more details of your experience with the car. What sort of range are you getting? Any drawbacks or problems so far?
