Ontario. M3 used or new?

Thinking about M3 (own Toyota Corolla, have never had electric car). A lot of posts in US and Canada about selling used M3. Usually price too high or too good. Does it make any sense to consider these ads or it's wasting time/money?
 
I think there isn't enough price difference between a used 2019 and a new 2021. So I would go with a new one, especially if the 2021 comes with a heated steering wheel and heat pump.

Double check the car you buy to make sure they include the heated steering wheel and heat pump. You may have to wait a couple of months.
