Can you not start it from the app either? It's never been clear to me whether it was climatization altogether or just the scheduling aspect that wasn't working. Hope a fix comes soon, as the remote climatization is my favorite feature!
It was both at first, that’s probably why you’re confused. None of the remote functions, nor the charging and climate timer, worked for me at first (took delivery Dec 20th). Apparently around Christmas Eve, the remote buttons started working again, but the climate and charging timer is still unavailable.
Ya know… I had assumed that since our cars have cellular data, that the car software updates would go out to everyone automatically. Guess not though because if that was the case, everyone would have the same problem. Will I need to go back to the dealer at some point to get the latest car software updates?
