New class-action suit against Honda on faulty front sensors

Clip from the ad-infested Autoblog article:

This isn’t the First Time

Prior to this, Honda had also faced a similar lawsuit affecting the same models. The front camera defect is also mentioned in the other lawsuit, and the lawsuit also alleged that Honda knew something about the camera defects but continued to sell the cars anyway.

Honda Safety Sense is a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System, and as stated earlier, the front camera sensor is a vital piece of equipment for certain features to be active. Due to the nature of being a Level 2 system, drivers are still required to be attentive when using it.

Being a class action, both the new and the old lawsuits affect U.S. car buyers and lessees of the mentioned Honda models.

to be honest, I don't remember hearing any issue for the front sensors malfunctioning that was not accident related here.
Anyway, expect a letter from the lawyers!
