So, this will basically replace the loss of the federal rebate next year for the Tesla? if the federal rebate gets extended... will CA buyers then get a Tesla for $15K off MSRP?
So a Model 3 premium standard range will cost $24K?
I thought I was seeing a lot of tesla's on the road lately.. but I'll be buying my wife a new car much sooner than anticipated if those two things happen.
