Missing rear cargo board?

Just bought a new 2019 bolt LT off the dealer lot. Just watched a video showing where the charger is stored. He first lifted a rather stiff thick board, then a soft cover to revel the foam piece holding the tow eye and charger. My delema is I don't have the stiff board piece. Was it discontinued in 2019?
