Mini SE - Sale price

We have a 2022 island blue with multi tone roof that we are planning on selling in the next couple months. By the time we sell it will be around or just over the 100,000 mile mark. I am not finding any other island blue mini se's for sale. There are actually very few se's for sale at all and most of them only have 20,000ish miles on them. My question is - is this car going to only decrease in value because of the high miles or is the value going to increase because of lack of availability.
No worries - we aren't leaving the Mini fam, we are keeping our 2023 mini SE with less miles and selling the 2022 and our ice vehicle for the new R2 Rivian.

I have seen lots of SEs for sale. As you say, most have lower (much lower) mileage than yours. Regardless of paint scheme, that means yours will be worth even less (by $0.25-$0.50 per mile).

ETA: I'm seeing quite a few post-LCI SEs with up to 20,000 miles for sale for $24k-26k. Yours would be worth $4k-$8k less than that, so $18k-$20k. But, there are few with intermediate mileage going for under $17k in some markets, so you may or may not get even that much.
