Concierge Services is different, that's the call for assistance from the vehicle service. I'm sure it was a full 12 months, starting at your vehicle's build date (as opposed to delivery date).
My issue with that web page is you can't see the inactive services on it, which you can only see by going to look at what you can buy. I actually called and talked to a person about it, since I was never notified that the traffic/mapping service had expired. Which it sure looks like yours is expired as well since it's not listed. (MINI navigation still works sans traffic info, and no more OTA map updates.)
It never occurred to me that expired services would simply be deleted from the list of services. I don't remember seeing traffic info the few times I've used my map in the past 4 years.
I went back and clicked on "Shop MINI Connected," then on "See all 6 services," and got this confusing list:
1. MINI Online--this isn't a browser is it? Is it audio or displayed info from the 'net? How does one navigate through this info?
2. Over-the-air Map Update--I remember this happening a couple of times in the past 4 years. Honda charged me $75 for a map update now that my 2018 Clarity is not getting it for free, but I guess $100 for MINI Connected is the fee I'll need to pay for my MINI.
3. Amazon Alexa Car Integration--did I have this before and never knew it? Does it work with F56 MINI Cooper SEs?
4. Real Time Traffic Information--I've only been out of town twice in 4 years, so I'm not missing this yet.
5. Online Speech Processing--did I have this when I first got my SE? It was so inaccurate that I tried it only twice. So if my MINI won't process speech anymore, I won't miss it and if ther is still an in-car speech processing facility that's not as good as the extra-cost Online Speech Processing, it must be truly terrible.
6. MINI eDrive Services--this sounds like what I'm already using, does MINI Connected add to the capabilities my app provides?
Finally, has anyone on this forum ever purchased the MINI Connected package for less than $100 through a "Black Friday" deal?
