On the dashboard of the American version
in kilometers only current speed readings are set, the question is how to translate all readings from miles to kilometers.

Easy. 1 mile = 1.61 km; now just do the math in your head.

I believe you can only set the secondary speed display. For the rest, you're stuck with the default for your country.
Oh, I think you're right. Well that's pretty good though. But wasn't there a setting to switch between wh/100km and mi/kwh? I believe I saw that. So you're getting pretty close to switching it over.

It's not guesswork, you could look at your menu. In metric countries you can switch efficiency between kWh/100km and km/kWh.

It is so nice to be able to take the quick glance at the dash (using the kWh/100 km setting) and visualize the consumption in W/km in whatever conditions may be present at the time . ie: 14.2 kWh/100km = 142 W /km (450 Km range in those conditions approx)
