I would think from a MINI dealer parts department, but I haven't seen if they're available to order separately from the SE yet.

The 2023 SEs come with it, and it is BMW-branded. I’m selling mine, used just once to trial the “20-foot” cable length (too short for two of three parking spots, by about a foot). But I’m in Canada.
 
I should add that it comes with a bag to hold it, as well as a mounting bracket and cable holster.
