I've had my Clarity for 6 months now(still love it). In the first week of ownership I noticed that there's a gap between the driver side A-pillar and the dash(see pic). This might be because the dash is about 1/2 inch lower on the driver's side. In my case, even though i didn't mind the gap too much, it was causing an annoying rattling sound that I wanted fixed. I searched through our forum, and noticed that others have raised concerns about this issue, but I haven't seen a dedicated thread for it.
The first time I took it to the dealer, they gave me some BS that "some tolerance issues are natural" and that there was no fix. When I took it to a different dealership, they acknowledged the issue, and installed a new A-pillar as a fix. One day later, that A-pillar popped out near the dash creating the same Gap.
So before I make my 3rd appointment, I was wondering, has anyone successfully fixed this gap issue?
