I got a new BlueLink alert today - someone pushed the panic button. Car is now at this address "5260 Main St, East Petersburg, PA 17520". It looks like there is a Hyundai dealer there.
Interesting. I had to call the Hyundai bluelink people to dis-enroll from the messages. Bluelink was still showing car in my garage a month after turning it in. Ridiculous.

It actually doesn't change the location unless it can get an updated one when you request it via the app.

It gets better. Apparently the car was at a Hyundai dealership for normal work. I get a new email saying I am now eligible for the 200$ payment since the maximum charge was adjusted. All for a car I haven't owned in 10 months now.
