I was wondering the following.. The Kona has 4 battery modules and a total of 98 cell groups. If the 4 modules are each the same capacity, the math would not work out.. 98 / 4 = 24.5. So, there has to be an uneven distribution. Does anyonwe know how many cell groups per module? How many cell groups are assigned to each module?

There are 5 battery modules, not 4. Part numbers are:

Hyundai 375J1-K4000 BATTERY MODULE ASSY-TYPE A (quantity 3)
Hyundai 375J2-K4000 BATTERY MODULE ASSY-TYPE B (quantity 2)

I am guessing 20 cells on type A, and 19 on type B. Here is what the insides of the battery pack look like.

That's interesting.. The Kona files for Torque PRO only show 4 battery module temperatures, not 5.. Is it missing one module??

Maybe the 2 type B assemblies have only one temperature sensor.. That would explain why it's the hottest as they are close together..
Would be interesting to know exactly which temperature sensor shows the temperature for which module(s)

Diagram here showing module 4 and 6 have 9 cell groups (the rest have 10) total of 10 modules:

Also note the Greenpower labels on the cell groups
