Is there a MINI dealer in the SE PA/MD/DE/NJ area with a great service department you could recommend ?

Apologies if asking for such is a violation of forum rules- I recently ran over something at night in the SE... it cracked the metal plate protecting the battery in several spots. Took it to the closest dealer for inspection- no codes were thrown, but the parts that the tech wanted to replace were almost $5000. With the concern for the safety of the high voltage battery, I want it to be repaired correctly. The dealership has a history of very low scores on communications with the customer, unnecessary parts replacement, not returning calls, giving updates, etc. I can't even reach the service advisor to pre-pay for the parts to get things moving on the repair. Anyone know of a reputable MINI service department in the mid Atlantic area?

Thank you for your reply- even though expensive, the reviews of MINI of Morristown do look very good. Fortunately/unfortunately, I got through to the SE PA dealership today and spoke with a rather kind and helpful woman who helped me to pre-pay on the parts order. Now let's see how long to get confirmation of the order, and how long to get the parts- "one" was backordered(?), and I was told 6 to 8 weeks. It doesn't help that the production numbers of this car are relatively low. Hopefully I'll get it back before the snow begins to fall. . . I'll request to get the used parts back, and will post pics of them if they aren't "accidentally" thrown away.
