I think it's good to keep in mind that paying full retail price for customer generated solar is not a balanced long term solution for the electric grid managers. This is true whether its a mismanaged greedy corporation or a benevolent socialist state owned system. Those of us getting paid full retail should realize what a sweet deal it is, for now, and accept that it can't last forever.
