I had previously purchased BimmerLink ~6 months ago and the sensor data section was non-existent for the SE. The dev's response was "engine sensor values are not available for EVs at the moment unfortunately"
If that's changed, please let us know!

ach, right, I keep conflating those two, my bad. New to this platform and haven't gotten into that level yet.
Yes, no need to disconnect! I am surprised most instructions say to disconnect or fully remove the seats. Sure, it would be a tiny bit easy but I didn't trust myself to not damage anything or trip faults.
Open both doors, wait ~15 minutes for it to sleep (or disconnect 12v if you are extra cautious.) Make sure rear seats are upright and locked position. Unbolt the 4x T50, slide the seat all the way back, then pull the upper seat fold button. From here there is plenty of slack to angle the seat back with everything attached. Just don't man handle it or slam it around and you should be fine.
Pry tool, T20, T50, normal and low clearance ratchets, and about an hour to get it done.
