While driving the screen went blank, then after to car stop and power off/on, the screen started to try rebooting at stuck at the H logo for few minutes (I think it's like PC windows reboot), then it goes back to reboot again. I tried "hard reboot", unplug the 12volt battery, but it did not work. It looks like my infotainment screen unit is tossed, I wonder if anyone has this issue. Mine is Clarity 2020, exactly 1 year old with 15K miles.

Another forum member (@Arctiic) had this same problem a few weeks ago. He has not reported back yet as to whether he has fixed it (I just asked him again). You can see that thread here:

The hard reboot is what I would have suggested and you already tried that... At least you are under warranty. Let us know if you make an progress.
Were you just driving along doing nothing unusual at the time?
