Infotainment head auto resets itself.

Ok. This is the 2nd time in less than 2 months since I had the vehicle that I get in. And the radio presets and other adjustments are reset to factory settings. I get no warning lights and the car only sat for a couple of hours. Any idea what is going on?

Hi,

I haven't had similar issues but my guess would be that the 12V is going bad/low.

Ok. Funny you should mention that. I did see a brief message about battery issue this am. Not sure why it doesn’t stay up
