I just purchased my Honda Clarity last Saturday afternoon. The dealership was super busy and basically once I signed the purchase agreement, I got almost no service after that point. Even after my new vehicle was brought around, we waited almost an hour for my sales rep to become available to turn it over to me, and then she just rushed through some high-level information and went on to her next customer. I had to figure out things like setting up Hondalink on my own.
So of course I got no information on how to apply for the incentives, rebates, and carpool lane decals. I went back to her today and got the carpool lane decal application started, but she referred me to my tax preparer for everything else. I know some of the incentives are rebates which have nothing to do with my taxes, so I'm not thrilled at the lack of support. I think if they market these vehicles as having all these wonderful incentives and rebates, they ought to at least point you in the right direction.
Anyway, through help on this forum and google, I think this is my comprehensive list. Can you Northern California folks help me check to see if I am missing anything?
