I'm currently at 3+ months of waiting with my 2019 sitting on the dealer's lot awaiting a battery replacement. Neither they - the dealer - nor any Hyundai customer care people can offer any timeframe for repair. I know I've grown accustomed to tracking packages I order - so it is with some disbelief that Hyundai can't offer the same. I understand supply chain issues are unavoidable - but this battery problem did not just fall into their lap all of sudden. They should have been prepared to fix batteries when they issued the final recall. It does show poorly on them.
And to make matters worse - I've been stuck with a rental replacement Nissan with a mushy gas pedal. Ugh.
Just needed to vent and add my story to those wondering if they're alone in waiting for the fix.
