I just did something I've never done before

Specifically, I paid to charge my car -- other than via my home electric bill. It took me 15 months to need to -- on a mini-vacation about 150 miles from my home. How unique am I?

I've been paying to charge my car at public charging places since day 1 -- I've never been able to charge my car at home, which is a condo building. Even now that I've moved to a new condo with available charging, it's still a public L2 charger that I pay for directly @$1.50/hour.
