I just bought 2025 Ioniq 5 N!

US doesn’t get pano roof or heads up display. Maybe cheaper here for not getting those options.

Had it 3 weeks. Out of town for one. So, only two weeks driving. And thank goodness still tread on tires. . Don’t know how. This thing is so much fun.

Yes, listed to see if any rich guys couldn’t wait. Testing the market. It’s an expensive toy after all.

Not really expensive when you compare it to what you'd have to pay Italy or Germany for similar performance.

Less than a day remaining. I suspect it won’t sell, if the reserve is close to the price earlier this month. There is a steep depreciation on EVs in general and many buyers will be leery of an extremely short first ownership.

Reserve not met by top bid of $60K. @Driv200, you're stuck with a great car. I hope Bring-a-Trailer didn't charge big bucks for your test.

Absolutely right. Great car indeed. After not driving it for a week during the auction, I took it out and celebrated a great car. Ha! BaT only charged $99 to list. The buyer pays all the fees. I think 5% capped at $7500 or something like that. I paid $250 to my car photographer for the recommended pics. I was just curious what it would bring with all the current media. MSRP was the reserve. I paid more than that. Either it got there, went above, or it didn’t. All for fun. It’s paid for. I can drive it awhile or trade it or try again. Who knows.

Your photographer did a good job--I mistakenly assumed it was you who took all those photos. I can't imagine what you would trade for--this 5N has ruined you for lesser EVs.

Great point. I have learned how fun an EV is for daily tasks. The instant torque, making every yellow b/c you can, pulling out in traffic, and loads of passing power makes for an addictive commute. Add the fun sauce, brakes, simulations, and race N capabilities of this car and I feel pretty good about it. It’s still my weekend fun car, so I will probably keep an eye on car market and test waters or jump to other fun cars if opportunity presents. Apex has reached out to test for track wheels and offer track set up with my car. That could be fun.
