Yup, motor bearings will likely be your first problem. Even Tesla had this issue with early model S motor bearings giving up in as little as 30K miles.
Good quality inverters tend to only last 10 years or so assuming not too much chinesium content.

True, indeed. In all fairness to the makers of chinesium, sometimes it is very good. I guess it is the consistency of good quality that can at times be suspect

In reality they can make quality things if they have the budget for it. If the objective is to cut costs to the bone (a la Walmart), the quality usually takes a substantial hit.
