How to increase lane-change indicator light?

There used to be an option to change the indicator light from 3 seconds, to I believe, 5 seconds.

I cannot locate this anymore on my 2019 Niro.

Any idea where it went?

In Kona it's 3, 5 or 7 blinks for the touch indicator.

It's in the instrument cluster menu.

I presumed it was in the Instrument cluster. Where exactly though?
