2800 miles.. 6/32 fronts, 8/32 backs. I might be having too much fun..

On the positive side, they are wearing evenly from inside to out.

I've got just shy of 12,000 miles on mine, about 60% of that on summer wheels and 40% winter. Just swapped my wheels so I have the stats.

Winter tread: front 7mm, rear 8mm
Summer tread: front 5.5mm, rear 6mm

And for completeness, brakes: front 11mm, rear 9mm

I'm curious about how much wear those numbers represent. Do you know the thickness of the pads when new? Do you use the brake pedal often? I don't.
I consider it a failure if I touch my brake pedal, but the traction control uses the brakes whenever it decides to. Inspection technician said should be replaced at 3mm. I think they must be 12mm when new?

For sake of comparison mine would be:
4.76 mm front
6.35 mm rear

Metric is better.. :)

Anyone worse than me over 3k miles?

For me its between 8.5-9/32" all around @ ~6200 miles on Michelin Crossclimate2 (205/55R16 91V) tires and I drive it hard. It's 10/32" when new.

killing my stock fronts ATM. Waiting for the new wheels and I will have 225/18 tires on soon, so they will fare better! lol

Are you running the Ventus EVO 3? I can’t say I’ve been impressed with the tread life. I knew I was driving hard, but not that hard...

215s.. wow! Fat tire for a Mini. Please post pics after you get them.
