Honda hack install VCL for movies

have anyone trie to install VCL on the Honda hack and put movie on a USB stick? I would like to know how it works. Thank you
 
Yes, and MX Player that is part of the HH repo is light weight and works well. VLC is not part of the Repo so you have to load it from the USB/ADB. If you install Google Play Service to install it be prepared for a substantial initial slowdown, play will take a while to install, so make sure your car is On and not just on Acc.
