I like it! I was going to post on here asking if anyone had masked the rear wheel fender like that. How does it look up close, and how did you do it? What else did you do, tint the windows, and what else?

The best mod is making the plastic wheel covers black. I think that's the color on the Clarity FC. The remaining alloy portions then look sleek and elegant. The current grey color makes the wheels look very busy. Should be an easy and cheap mod for any of us. Just buy a can of black primer and a can of gloss black spray paint.
Apart from that, the looks of the Clarity was a bonus for me. The shape is highly aerodynamic (hence the high rear end and wheel skirts) and all the vents are functional and some are even hidden (like those under the front bumper). Except for ultra high performance cars, vents are fake panels and add ons used to pretend performance (even those on the best selling Audis, BMWs, and Mercedes). Authenticity is important part of beauty for me. The styling of the Clarity is functional and authentic, which makes it one of the most beautiful cars out there.

Kids do like this car. They state the Clarity is a much better choice than the Prius or the current Leaf of which they think is ugly.
Tinted windows, blacked out front and rear chrome, painted the wheel covers black, had rear back up sensors installed. All blacked out areas are wrapped. This can be removed at any time. In the process of adding a dash car camera
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I find that blacking out of the chrome on the front to make it look like poor thing had it's teeth out knocked out in a terrible hockey accident.
What is the wrap made out of? How long would you expect it to last on the wheel well before it needs to be replaced? It seems like the edge would start wearing pretty quickly?
The removable plastic part of the wheels are painted. Based on my experience of my kids scraping the wheels, the plastic part escapes most curb scraping.
Someone mentioned on this site, a professional would not wrap chrome because there is a chance it gets damaged when you remove the wrap. Just fyi. I'll looked for the posting when I have time

There is no residual damage after removing the wrap. Alot of high end cars are wrapped and I doubt these guys would do anything that would potentially damage the car or paint.
