Has anyone in Canada been able to get Homelink connected to their garage door opener?
I do not have a fob, so have been trying to use the "Learn" button on the opener. But no luck.

I can tell you it can be done. I can’t tell you how because my grandson did it.

How old is the opener? A few years ago Homelink changed the operating frequency of the openers. The Homelink mirror I bought for my truck in 2015 won't work on my 2018 opener but the Kona works just fine.

I was able to program my 3 buttons to 3 doors with 2 different colour learn buttons, 2008 and 2014 vintage, but I did so using the door transmitters.

You could get a new transmitter off Amazon, teach it your opener, then use it to teach the car.

There is some info at https://homelink.com/hyundai but not sure how the opener learn button is used.
