I've never heard the non-HK sound system, but the HK is much better than the stock system in my Clarity. Still, even though it's the best I've ever owned, there are some on this forum who don't think the HK system is the end-all, be-all, and go to great lengths to improve it.

HK was bought by Samsung back in 2018 and it's never been the same since.
