It was actually 6 months (within a few more days my contract would expire). Too excited to do the maths properly.

Honestly, SameGuy's link is the one to use. I just did a quick search for "MINI VIN decoder" and that was the first to pop up, and it worked for my car. I didn't pay attention to the site to see that it's probably a North America-specific thing.

I look forward to seeing pictures of your new SE!

Dont have access to this website yet on my phone so it took me some days to reply, when I finally got back in front of my pc.

The dealer said if there were changes to the plan he would have informed me. So I suppose I got everything - HD, heated steering wheel, chosen color etc. :)

Did a test drive today and it felt great :) though the front seat got stuck and couldn't be pulled back for 5 minutes (maybe I am just not doing it correctly), will try again next time.

Gripping to the ground was great.
Got a flying stone from a truck driving in the opposite direction. It hit right in the middle of my front window with a bang. Ouch.

Also, have you guys done ceramic painting on it? And do we have any factory painting on the bottom of the car to protect it against winter salt and moisture?
 
Wow - you got the heated steering wheel ? That's cool ! Ours was delivered in the fall of last year and all of the SEs delivered to the dealership were missing the heated steering wheel. I will say the interior of the Mini gets warm pretty fast, so that was a relief.. We had PPF and ceramic applied to the exterior..
 
The underside has a thick layer of something on the battery case. There are aero panels over most of it. It should be more rot resistant than a regular Mini.

I got the 2000H ceramic paint coating. It now needs a fresh wax. Not bad for doing nothing but wash her for 10 months. I have a few small dings on the bottom edge of the front bumper, but she is otherwise unmarked.
