Of course not…just trying to make a point that insurance/warranty law is very complicated. It is up to the drafter of the warranty to know or exercise a modicum of due diligence to advise their customer what is or is not covered before they start the work. 50/50 is not acceptable. A less informed customer is at their mercy.
