I'd like to thank all the posters that provided so much info - Thanks!
1 week old, 685 km - maybe 6 liters of gas (not sure if dealer filled to the top - gauge indicated full).
It was the 2nd car sold at my dealer - he has sold 4 more - but only has allotment of 4 cars for the whole year and has no idea if or when he may get the 'allowed' 2 and/or the extra 2.
I asked for basic gray - but the red touring came in and I grabbed it - glad I did as gas here has gone from around a $1.10 a liter to a $1.35.
my HV range went from 470 km to now 455 km - but did NOT change when I added the 6 liters - is that the dreaded HV anomaly ?
Been very pleased with car - tried the 'carbon fiber' tape from Canadian Tire - but did a poor job - so payed to have stoneguard put on door sills and trunk.
Followed the LED for courtesy mirrors instructions... pry from BOTTOM; and in my case I turned LED's around so they were not so bright. Works well.
Got an hour meter and installed it... took a chance and took out the bolt holding the spark plug top to the engine - it popped up and I had an easy time of wrapping the wire around. Will have to wait until I actually use the ICE; and hope I didn't do anything bad by undoing the bold...
When I got car, it had 69 km available battery - almost got me home - missed by 8 km and I didn't even hear the ICE come on.
Last full charge I got 89.5 km range - which I thought was really good.
Purchased a 220V 16 Amp charger (non kit) from the guy in CA who sells a kit - cost $320 Canadian after shipping etc - very reasonable. Ordered and received the 32 Amp unit from Quebec $902 Cnd all in - waiting to hook it up.
Only strange thing so far is 3 or 4 times; the car beeps and a bright red BRAKE appears on the screen (in front of the steering wheel) No assistive options on; no one in front; cruising at regular speed; a 'slight' change in car; but no loss of speed. No idea what is happening.
Used HV once, on purpose - drove 12 km and got 11 km extra battery range.
That's it for me. Cheers John
PS: question - I refused Sirius XM - but it seems I have around 10 or 12 channels - is that normal?
