Like KentuckyKen mentioned, it also works great in the engine compartment on all plastic and rubber parts.

I was actually asking about the 303 fabric guard and not the 303 protectant. The 303 fabric guard I believe can also be used on the suede of the touring. Though I should confirm before trying :)

I’ve never tried the 303 Fabric Guard but I can tell you that Scotchguard works fine on the faux suede with no charge in color, texture, or appearance.

Edit: I think it’s worth taping off the rest of the dashboard to protect it from overspray because the Scotchgard can be a pain in the neck to get off the plastic.
