It's only running at 1/10th speed, according to CEO Elon Musk, but the Model 3 production line is running. Someone also posted a video with it sped up 10 X to compare. Seems a bit too fast, so maybe 1/10th speed is a little exaggeration, or maybe the sped up video doesn't exactly replicate how the line responds when the knobs are all cranked to 10.
