Does anyone else have this problem

Vehicle is a 2024 Ioniq 5 with about 13,500 miles on it.
At the time that we bought the car, we got an incentive of 2 years of free charging if we used a particular charging station and their software, a program called Electrify America which runs on the IPhone.
Everything has been working fine until this week.
Usually when we go to charge the car, we would take some snacks, and do the following sequence.
0. Shut the vehicle off.
1. Plug the vehicle into the charger.
2. Wait until the charger “sees” the car.
3. Swipe the IPhone near the charger.
4. Select “Member”
And the car begins to charge.
Nothing unusual so far.
However usually we would reenter the car, start it, and start the AC. This was particularly important today as it was 105 degrees outside.
 
To simplify, as I see that others ask about this on another forum.
The issue is being able to run the AC and radio while charging.
How to do it.
Others say to just start it as usual.
But I got a message telling me to unplug the vehicle.

In a Reddit Ioniq 5 forum, someone wrote (4 years ago): "You can either start the car (with foot on brake) while charging to get AC, or you can just plug in the charger while you’re car is already on. I’m not sure if there’s a way to use utility mode while charging."

On a Hyundai Ioniq 5 forum thread "Air con whilst charging," they say you may see this message:

Last year, a Facebook group contributor wrote:
My search found you can keep the air conditioning on by either leaving the car on or using utility mode by pressing the start button twice (without pressing the brake). If using Utility mode when it’s 100+ outside, does that pull power from the 12v battery? Any suggestions on best practices? Trying to avoid stressing out the 12V. Thanks!

And the reply to the 12V question:
Utility mode pulls from the high voltage battery, not the 12v battery, allowing for stress-free AC use while charging.
