Do Clarity mirrors manually fold?

I've seen them listed as manually folding side mirrors a few places.. but I gave them a gentle push and they didn't budge. Don't want to really push them until I see verification somewhere you can fold them inward, because it's not obvious they do. The manual just mentions they are power mirrors for view adjustment.
 
Yes they fold. I was also hesitant at first because I couldn't find it documented anywhere, do you remember where you saw it? I couldn't find it anywhere in the 400+ page owners manual.

Yes both directions. Give them a good shove. Our car wash folds ours outward every time. And they will fold inward too.
